The Marine Turtle Research, Ecology and Conservation Group focuses in developing science-based solutions for the conservation and management of marine megafauna. Our research draws together a wide range of disciplines (ecology, biology, geology, climatology, and conservation policy and biology) and we often work closely with various stakeholders on interdisciplinary research topics and management issues.

Through our research, we aim to: (1) conduct innovative science that is applied to conservation and management issues, (2) build the knowledge and capacity of communities to sustainably manage their resources, and (3) bring awareness to issues related to marine conservation and highlight ways that the broader community can help.
